when open file folder with click the icon of file,there is a busy icon at top for a while,and mouse is busy for a while too.

my linux is ubuntu 11.10 with ppa webupd8 gnome3.

Is the screen flickering like that? Looks more like a general graphics issue to me. Did you file a bug in Ubuntu's bugtracker?

sorry for bad record.
the point is not flickering.it does not flash in fact.
the point of my youtube is the mouse turns showing it is busy.
it is not a big problem,but in unity it doesnt exist.so i think it is a bug for nautilus with gnome 3.2.1 which i install in ppa gnome3 team.(before i was wrong ,it is not in ppa webupd8.)

Not reproducible here in nautilus 3.4 from Debian. Can you recheck, using nautilus from the official repositories?
