GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 663834
Better Gnome Shell integration
Last modified: 2017-07-31 12:36:09 UTC
When using Gnome Shell, Tomboy is only accessible via the icon in the message area that is not always visible. It would be nice if there was a better integration, e.g. the icon could be visible in the top bar; or even better, Tomboy could have an application menu (see http://live.gnome.org/ThreePointThree/Features/ApplicationMenu).
Agreed, integration in gnome Shell is lacking... In the meantime, some extensions can help, such as https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/99/evial-status-icon-forerver/ Cheers, -- Clément Hermann (nodens)
