Description Milan Bouchet-Valat 2011-11-04 15:19:11 UTC
Hitting space is detected as Ctrl+Space and replaces translation with original. This is *highly* annoying, and breaks the whole program. Any tool is more efficient than and editor that doesn't accept spaces...

Could you please tell me how to reproduce it? I'm using gTranslator compiled from the las git version, and pressing Space just inserts and space in the translated message; it doesn't works like Ctrl+Space.

Please, confirm it, since I can't reproduce it, and it isn't affecting anyone else.

Thanks

Ah, got it! In the meantime, I understood the real causes of bug 566712, and it must be the same problem. Basically, a bug in French keyboard layout makes Space be detected as Ctrl+Space.
