Debug file with shows perhaps why happening this problem

Dear Developers,

I using Orca with laptop layout. If I doing any Orca command, Capslock state always changing on/off.
I think this problem is fixed with Orca prewious versions, but if I remember right since Orca 3.0 version the problem is again happening, for example with Ubuntu Natty and Ubuntu Oneiric newest releases.

I attaching a debug.out file.
Unfortunately, I have got only laptop layout possibility my notebook and my laptop not have numeric keypad, unfortunately not good workaround method to changing Orca modifier with Insert or Insert, KP_insert modifiers.

Attila
