Description Hylke Bons 2011-09-02 15:47:47 UTC
So panels with few settings (like Power) don't look lame.
Something like 320px?

    shell: Replace window sizing code

We want a sensible minimum height and a maximum height, as
    mentioned in the design pages.

This simplifies the code greatly, and will hopefully make
the window positioning work better as well.
