Visual confirmation of problem

The "Now Playing" song that is displayed in Ubuntu's sound indicator is delayed by one song, that is to say the song displayed there is the LAST song played and not the current one.

I have attached a screenshot for reference - you can see that the track currently playing in the playlist does not match the track shown in the indicator (which is the previous track).

I am using Ubuntu Natty 11.04 with Banshee version 2.1.0.

Please see this downstream bug report for more information - already confirmed by another user too.
