GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 639359
wrong string for blushing emoticon in msn
Last modified: 2011-01-13 09:21:01 UTC
In empathy, the "blushing emoticon" is generated by the string ":-[" (whithout qoutes) . When sending that to an msn client they receive the "bat emoticon". The correct string for the "blushing emoticon" for the msn client es ":$" (whitout qoutes). originally reported at: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/empathy/+bug/656056
We follow the Icon Naming Specification: http://standards.freedesktop.org/icon-naming-spec/icon-naming-spec-latest.html Closing as a dup of bug #583542 as we'd basically have to special case some smileyrs depending of the protocol. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 583542 ***
