Description Simon Harhues 2010-05-14 10:21:36 UTC
After (re)booting, tracker re-checks the index. At this time in the progress bar of tracker-status-icon only a percent value is given (like 0%). This is misleading as the user will think that tracker has to (re-)index.
A better solution would maybe be to have a explaining text what's going on.

Marking as WONTFIX because we have now officially removed tracker-status-icon in master.

Thank you for taking the time to write these bug reports. Status information is still available using the command line tools and there is bug #611471 about providing indexing progress.
