In the Overview window, the tool bar has a minus button that deletes entries from the list below. Since this is right next to the plus button, it can be easily clicked by accident deleting an entry you don't intend to. This just needs a confirmation confirming that you to indeed want to delete it. This might make deleting things in mass a little harder, it doesn't appear you can select multiple entries at once, that'd be nice too.

If I missed this change I apologize, I haven't built this in a while but I did comb through the commit log briefly.
