Splits to Imbalance-AUD do not disappear when zero-valued or blanked.
 
Steps to reproduce:
1. Cause a transaction to be imbalanced.
2. Balance the transaction so that the value to Imbalance-AUD is zero.
3. Blank out all the imbalance fields

Actual results:
There is a blank valued split to Imbalance-AUD.

Expected results:
The split to Imbalance-AUD should vanish.

The vanish of the blank imbalance has worked in previous versions such as 2.2.8. 

There is a similar bug 343711 which weas reported for version 2.1.1 in June 2006.
