Once bug #602420 is fixed, we should make the contact list clever to update icons when the theme is changed.

<Zdra> 09:24:25> cassidy, the icon cache must be cleared when icon theme change
<Zdra> 09:25:58> cassidy, and because you set pixbuf in the treeview instead of icon-name, it won't be updated on theme change

Rather, does it update the icons in the contact list window?
As for the icon in the notification area, well, it doesn't exist anymore...
