GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 557322
Totem starts with window-mode in fullscreen, without window borders
Last modified: 2008-10-21 22:08:51 UTC
If totem is quit (with ctrl-q or q) while in fullscreen, next time it is started, it shows up in fullscreen, with the menu and side bars, as well as the fullscreen controls, but no window borders. Hitting the "Leave Fullscreen" button (or 'f') does not work.
This was a bug in GTK+, as well as Totem. See bug #477529 and bug #478371 Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 477529 ***
If it helps, I found this in the terminal output: ** (totem:22705): CRITICAL **: bacon_video_widget_set_fullscreen: assertion `bvw != NULL' failed
