Hi Guys

Evolution 2.24.0 with Ubuntu 8.10 beta 1

It appears that when I exit evolution it does not delete deleted emails (I ahve this set ;) Also when trying to manually delete in the deleted mail box both del keys appears to act as a down arrow on my keyboard - it worked fine before :)

That is not a bug, it was requested by several people.

Apologies, I thought the problem was inter related :)

Ok it is  a POP3 email account at Blueyonder.

PLEASE reconsider the remapping of the delete key as that way Evolution will work differently to all other programs :(

ie If I hit too many CR's when repyling to an email how on earth do I dlete the additional extra lines? I was not aware it was a requested feature!! I really enjoy using Evolution, especially when I can backup and restore all the settings ;) I hope this is the right place to ask, but why should the del key be remapped to PgDn pls?

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.
