currently, only dropped links are changed into bugzilla links with icons.

plugin should support changing strings specified by user into links.

how settings should look like:

icon | host                    | string
_____________________________________________

 [N] | bugzilla.novell.com     | bnc#{number}
 [ ] | bugzilla.gnome.org      | bgo#{number}
 [ ] | bugs.webkit.org         | bwo#{number}

such formatting of links is used by people in e-mails. sadly, evolution missed such feature too.
