GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 541976
Option to be able to view in the calendar what todo items are due on which day
Last modified: 2012-06-16 21:11:38 UTC
I would suggest adding the option to be able to view in the calendar what todo items are due on which day. For any of the views (day, week, month), if somehting is due that day, there could be a second section, likely below the events that day, that would list what items are due that day, preferably with the ability to check them off from this view. I realize that the calendar view does show what todo items exist in the side, which I would suggest keeping as it is also useful. Showing things in the calendar would, however, allow one to see much easier what is due when, and help them to organize their time, as many people would find this visual representation of due dates much easier to follow. I know several people who would be willing to switch to using Evolution (and Linux in general) if only this feature was included, as I have not seen any other software implement such a feature. Distribution: Ubuntu 8.04 (hardy) Gnome Release: 2.22.2 2008-06-03 (Ubuntu) BugBuddy Version: 2.22.0
Currently it supports "Active appointment" and "Next 7 days' appointments"
