GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 537886
Banshee tray icon is misshaped with a vertical panel
Last modified: 2008-06-17 19:54:27 UTC
Please describe the problem: Banshee's tray icon is just a huge misshapen blob on my panel. I'm using the Xfce panel in vertical alignment mode and 24 pixels wide. This is on the Arch Linux distrobution BTW if that helps anything. Steps to reproduce: 1. Start Banshee with a vertical panel 2. ??? 3. Profit Actual results: A huge icon that stretches the panel vertically. Expected results: A normal sized tray icon. Does this happen every time? Yes Other information:

I too am getting this same problem. I have a 'drawer' on my horizontal gnome-panel with my notification area inside it. The drawer drops down vertically, resulting in the described bug. I hope this get fixed soon.

I have a similar (probably related) bug on my horizontal panel where the notification area jumps really wide as Banshee opens.
