Please describe the problem:
The month name is displayed incorrectly in the reports under Windows in cyrillic locale. It is displayed as series of question marks.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Under Windows select russian locale in control panel's regional settings
2. Restart GnuCash, the interface is now translated into russian.
3. Start Menu/Reports/Income & Expense/Cash Flow report

Expected results:

Does this happen every time?
Yes. But everything is alright if english locale selected.

I do not see any question marks here. May you please provide us with a screenshot and retest with GnuCash 2.2.5, just to confirm nobody accidentally fixed the bug.
Comment 2 ivan larionov 2008-06-25 08:03:14 UTC
Sorry for the mistake in the scenario. But it's the Transaction Report (Отчет о проводке) instead of the Cash Flow report in the third item.

The screenshot is made in 2.2.5
Comment 5 Andreas Köhler 2008-07-06 11:14:31 UTC
OK, now I see them as well.
r17257 on trunk (http://svn.gnucash.org/trac/changeset/17257?format=diff&new=17257) should fix this issue, confirmation would be great. Even more fabulous would be a patch fixing the remaining strftime calls that make problems :-)

Thank you a lot!

Marked for backport to branches/2.2 for inclusion in GnuCash 2.2.6.
