Please describe the problem:
certain character sets that are rendered correctly by epiphany-gecko are not done correctly by epiphany-webkit.

see debian bug #464477 (http://bugs.debian.org/464477) for more details.

according to the traffic there, this is blocked by webkit bug #15229 (http://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15229).

There is actually nothing to be done in epiphany, here. The bug is to be fixed in webkit.
