Description Olav Vitters 2007-10-20 20:38:24 UTC
Users having a LDAP password should be able to request additional permissions. This of course after they've logged into Mango.

The request should still be verfied by email. The verification email should be enhanced to let the the requestor see exactly what they would be requesting.

This requires reworking some of the verification bits in lib/account.php. Perhaps an additional column in the database that contains something like 'is_existing_user'.

so, in the meantime what we have to do if we want a gnome.org email alias?
Comment 2 Olav Vitters 2008-01-10 18:46:14 UTC
Bugzilla is not a support forum. Please use e.g. gnome-infrastructure or whatever.

To answer your question: accounts@gnome.org, like it has always been.

The GNOME Infrastructure Team is currently migrating its bug / issue tracker away from Bugzilla to Request Tracker and therefore all the currently open bugs have been closed and marked as OBSOLETE.

The following move will also act as a cleanup for very old and ancient tickets that were still living on Bugzilla. If your issue still hasn't been fixed as of today please report it again on the relevant RT queue.

More details about the available queues you can report the bug against can be found at https://wiki.gnome.org/Sysadmin/RequestTracker.

Thanks for your patience,

the GNOME Infrastructure Team
