Description Jean-François Fortin Tam 2007-10-03 01:42:42 UTC
I see that you installed network manager applet's icons in the correct way, that is in the hicolor icon theme.

This is good. However, these icons do not scale well with bigger panel sizes (or DPIs, or screen resolutions, or whatever).

Who designed those icons? Would it be possible to ask for higher, alternative resolutions or better, SVG icons to complement the 22x22 "pixel-perfect" sizes?

The offending icons:

I took a screenshot of my desktop showing the problem http://bp1.blogger.com/_TWgeucLxjj0/RwLdR5_ajkI/AAAAAAAAAlA/lVHXQfvd2S0/s1600/tableau_de_bord_icones_disparates2.png

I've noticed that there was tango svg icons that could match
http://tango.freedesktop.org/Tango_Icon_Gallery (see network-something)
