src/tax/us/txf-de_DE.scm needs an update

Please describe the problem: It seems that the file src/tax/us/txf-de_DE.scm has some issues although it is not yet 100% clear what they are. It also seems that Christian who is the original author of that file (thanks for providing it!) prefers to have a new bug instead of extending bug 471473. This bug shall serve mostly me as an area where I can collect information and patches related to fixing above file. I intend to close it once I fully understand how it works and consider it bug-free. Give me some time. Of course, others are welcome to join if they have an interest in German accounting (sigh!) Steps to reproduce: Actual results: Expected results: Does this happen every time? while we're at it, include src/tax/us/txf-help-de_DE.scm in the scope of this bug. Some entries should be added to the help file here.
my interpretation is income: K35, K36, K41, K42, K43, K44, K45, K48, K49, K51, K60, K77, K76, K80, K86 expense: K52, K53, K59, K61, K62, K63, K64, K66, K67, K73, K74, K84, K85, K91, K93, K94, K95, K96, K97, K98 unclear: K39, K65, K83
current classification has 93, 97 and 98 the other way round.

no problem. I am no hurry. Thanks for applying the patch. Please keep this bug open, there are other issues still left with the two files mentioned. I will close the bug once I believe there are no issues left. As stated in the original report, I still need to figure out what exactly the issues are.

Adding Jannick to cc. I hope to discuss with you (in chat rather than cluttering up stuff here) where there are still incorrect or missing relations going from SKR04 to the Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung.
I believe, src/tax/us/txf-de_DE.scm is now basically as it should be. We'll change things as they come up.
