Please describe the problem:
both home and desktop are shown in the locations list when desktop_is_home_dir is on, while only home should be shown

This bug was present in gtk+ 2.6 but was solved in 2.8 or 2.10. Now it's back. Not sure if I had to add this bug report as a comment of the gtk 2.6 targeted bug (bug 144500) or as a new one; I did the latter.
