Missing "dropdown" buttons on composer toolbar

There are no hidden buttons in "new mail" or "forward email" window. "reply to email" is OK. Confirming. Still a problem in Evolution 2.11. Ordinarily I'd blame this sort of thing on GtkHtml, but GtkHtml's editor test program works correctly in this respect. It might also be a BonoboUI bug, but I'll leave it assigned to Evolution until we know better.
