Yelp 2.16.1, Ubuntu 6.10

1.  Search for "CD burning" (without quotes).

What happens:
*   The #1 result is a section about "Playing and extracting audio CDs",
    which does not mention burning at all -- except in the footer link to
    the next section, "Burning CDs" (which is not #1 because of bug 389149).

What should happen:
*   If a page has a navigation footer, it should be ignored for search
    purposes.
