I'm sorry, but I have no idea what this means.  Can you elaborate?

I think he means that if you change the custom keybindings in the menus by hovering over the menu option and selecting a new key combination, say Ctrl-Alt-g for the "Edit->Plugins", that those combinations aren't kept on restart of rhythmbox.  

I can duplicate this bug by doing what I just described.

Apparently we have to call gnome_accelerator_sync() right before shutting down to make it work, I've fixed it in cvs.
