How to reproduce:
When "Editable menu accelerators" is selected in Preferences > Menus & Toolbars, I set Q as my default Add to Queue accelerator, but after closing Rhythmbox, it is forgotten.

What should happen:
Gedit remembered Q as my customized menu accelerator for Find (I tried this to check if it was a RB only problem). Rhythmbox should also remember the accelerators edited.

What sadly happens:
RB doesn't remember my menu accelerators. :(

Adds gnome_accelerators_sync()

Fixes the menu accelerators amnesia. Against 0.9.6.
