What were you doing when the application crashed?
When I select my Inbox I get this message:

Error while Generating message list.

Error executing search expression: Unknown type in parse tree: 139265264:↵
(and (match-all (and (not (system-flag "deleted")) (not (system-flag "junk"))))
  )

I have 4 deleted messages (they doesn't appear in Trash, it says (4 deleted) but I don't see anything).

Days ago I reported a crash with this same configuration and almost the same context (the deleted messages).

Thanks Diege, I believe this to teh same issue as bug 360237.
