Description of the crash:
I was copying a large number of files and folder from CD to an /home
directory.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Insert CD and allow CD mount to desktop
2. Open CD 
3. Open and folder in /home (in my case /home/sys_app
4. Select all files and folder from CD and drop in /home/sys_app

Expected Results:
Copy all files and folder from CD to /home/sys_app

How often does this happen?
Twice. Once before reboot and once after reboot.
