Since Epiphany version 2.14.2.1-0ubuntu1, from the Nth tab created on (where N depends on screen resolution), tabs appear off screen (to the right).  This worked fine previously.

This is not necessary a duplicate of bug #330676. I believe it may be a duplicate of Ubuntu Dapper bug https://launchpad.net/products/gtk/+bug/50104 (there's a screenshot attached to that Ubuntu bug); I experienced it as well, and it was fixed a few days ago in an update.

I also found this bug, and I think it is a duplicate of bug #345406.
