Please describe the problem:
See subject.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Evolution
2. Ensure Spell check is checked.
2. Open a new mail compose window(File->New->Mail Message)
3. Enter text with two words with single quotes ie ' '[ex 'Hi hello' ]



Actual results:
Observe that spell check gives error for the word hello'

Expected results:
It should not be errors.

Does this happen every time?

evolution uses gnome-spell which is not maintained at bugzilla.gnome.org, but at bugzilla.ximian.com.
