Description Stephen Haffly 2006-02-09 07:17:03 UTC
Please describe the problem:
When I select to print multiple copies of a PDF document, I only get one copy.
I have tried this on a number of different documents, so it does not appear to
be a problem with documents.

I am running Fedora Core 4 with all updates, Evince 0.4.0, poppler 0.4.4.

The printer is a Brother MFC-420cn, using the LPD and Cups Wrapper drivers from
Brother's Linux support pages.

An alternate printer I have tried this with is a Canon BJC-610 networked via Samba.

Since this doesn't seem to be a problem with either printer, and since it seems
to work properly with other applications, the problem appears to lie in Evince

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a PDF document using Evince
2. Select the print dialog and the Job tab
3. Set the number of copies to 2

Actual results:
Should see 2 copies printed, but get 1 copy instead.

Expected results:
Should see 2 copies

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Thanks for reporting this issue, it should be really fixed in 0.5.0
