Please describe the problem:
If i create contacts with non-latin symbols and then add them to "Contact List"
i get the following picture (attachment 1 [details]) -- all contacts are shown in Quoted
Printable

The similar problem occurs when i create a message (attachment)

Note: contacts have been created under ru_RU.KOI8-R locale
