Description Nicolas Mailhot 2005-12-01 10:12:11 UTC
Distribution/Version: Fedora core devel

It seems that when you add a dav shortcut, every single gnome app you launch
afterwards will try to access is. Since the dav share is password-protected,
that means a gnome-password-manager popup whenever you launch a new app (even
worse the popup does not tell you why the app is suddenly requesting access to
the password store), and won't accept "no" for a legit answer

A shortcut should only be accessed on-demand, systematic loading is very
user-unfriendly
