Description Evandro Giovanini 2005-11-26 16:42:30 UTC
I would like to suggest renaming the "Sidebar" button to "Playlist".

I don't think a new totem user (specially computer newbies, but not just them)
will know what "sidebar" is. Calling it what is is (playlist) would make the
function more easy to discover.
The user would stop thinking about sidebar (a computer thing) and instead think
of playlists, which is something already familiar from the "real world".

Agreed, a sidebar is a very unspecific word for an application. When you have the choice to attach to real world terms, you should do so afaik. Sounds good to me.

Evince also uses the sidebar. Unfortunately, we missed the UI freeze deadline to merge in more stuff in the sidebar, but it is planned.
