Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Delete few mails, switch to offline, still u will feel its deleted
2. Now restart evolution, Those deleted mails will be displayed in 'inbox'
3.

After swicthing to online , try to delete it, cannot delete those mails.
When u select the mail and click on 'Delete', focus keeps switching
between those mails previously deleted.

Fixes this bug

This patch fixes this bug in addition to other bugs. Also certain
operations are still broken and will be fixed soon.
