Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. click on 'New' ->'Meeting', then select 'Calender'
2. Enter 'Attendees' summary and timing.
3. After that while clicking on 'OK', throws erro which is not at all clear.
First off all everything has to be grayed out when user tries to create
meetion /appointment in offline.I could'nt reproduce this more then twice.

now things should be read only , so this error won't occur
