Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add an appointment which lasts for half an hour
2. double click the appointment to open the edit dialog
3. change the begin date
4. watch the end time to be set one hour (instead of half an hour) after
the begin time

Actual Results:
end time changes

Expected Results:
end time must not be touched

How often does this happen?
always

Additional Information:
i already reported this bug for Evolution 1.2 (!) (#35827) but nobody
cared :-(


Setting qa contact to the default for this product.
   This bug either had no qa contact or an invalid one.

Sent in a patch to fix this The Right Way, by updating the date, and
not the time.
