Description of Problem:
When trying to show the calendar it is mixed with the tasks page and the
screen ends up showing both things together.  So it's kind of messed.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Have a prior version of evolution
2. upgrade to 1.4
3. click on your calendar

Actual Results:
You can't change the entries in the callendar unless you go to the month
view.  All other views are mixed with the to-do list.

Expected Results:
Calendar
