Description of Problem:
With only an exchange account for dano active placed evolution offline
using the on/off line button in lower left corner. After sending an email
exited evolution and restarted with --online. Evolution crashed when
clicking send/recv

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Placed evolution offline
2. Sent Email message
3. Exited Evolution
4. start evolution with --online
5. clicked send/recv.
6. crash

How often does this happen? 
Once so far
