Should be able to create tasks or appointments directly from incoming or
outgoing mail.  Reference mails should be able to be attached to existing
apointments or tasks.

converting an email to a task is possible in evolution 2.4 by using the "convert to task" plugin.

The mail-to-task plugin covers this now, so closing as OBSOLETE.
