Addresses entered by field in the address dialog are displayed as

<city>, <state> <zip code>

In at least all continental European countries, they should display as

<zip code> <city>

(states are hardly used in addresses).

Possibly the best solution for this would be to create the full address
text according to local conventions (maybe have a list of how to do this by
country.)
