Enter a naitional text e.g. ěščřžýáíé
Press OK Button.

The result: No picture is generated

This is a duplicate of bug 153747. If you really need to use Text Circle with a
language that can't be written using standard ASCII, use the CVS copy of
Tiny-Fu. The CVS copy of Tiny-Fu has support for UTF-8 coded characters.
