Looks OK here with CVS, except that borders to the right of column E are missing.
Can you post a screenshot?

Could you try changing font to "sans" all over and see if that fixes things?
(Suspecting dupe of bug 159573.)

Sure enough, after changing to Sans the print preview output looks normal.
