Please describe the problem:
The information entered under 'Does this happen every time?' does not appear in
the actual bugreport when using s-b-g to file a Normal bug. Instead, the
bugreport will show the information entered under 'How can the problem be
reproduced?'

Patch follows

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create bug using s-b-g
2. Create normal bug
3. Fill something in under 'Does this happen every time?'



Actual results:
See bug 151701

Expected results:
My info to appear correctly.

Just saw the other bug and fixed it before seeing this one :)
