Description Wayne DeAngelo 2004-04-23 19:31:11 UTC
speech is repeative when clock configured with display seconds and you use the
right cursor key to activate the applet.
Steps:
a.	start gnome desktop, start gnopernicus & wait till you hear the
sound.
b.	Add clock applet to panel. Press shift + F10, pull down menu opens.
c.	Select preference menu item. Preference dialog opens.
d.	Check check box for display seconds.
e.	Clos preference window.
f.	Bring the focus on to top panel clock applet.
g.	Speech is repeated on the the output until you move the highlight off
the time/date applet.

Note. This is almost the same as defect 133964 but I get the repeative
response of the speech.
