Dragging a selection off the edge of the canvas (where image zoomed out),
and then undoing (ctrl-z), leaves an artefact of the selection marquee
outside the image. "Wiping" with a palette over the image to force a redraw
clears it.

Works perfectly on the X11 backend, so this seems to be a problem in
the  win32 GDK backend. Reassigning the report accordingly.

This has originally been reported against GIMP-2.0pre4.
