It'd be nice to be able to control valuators from a GOK keyboard rather
than having to go to compose+keynav.  RFE for post-gnome-2.6 GOK, should be
quite easy to implement.

note that the patch above requires six PNG files which I have in my sandbox -
substitute any images if you want to run the patch.

David, I'd like to commit this one today.
