You need to document: Customer, Vendor, Job, Invoice/Bill
You probably need to document A/R and A/P
You should document the Business Reports (aging and 'company' reports)

I'd say chapters 12 and 13 of http://gnucash.org/docs/v1.8/C/gnucash-guide/ now
sufficiently cover A/R, Customers, Jobs, Invoices, A/P, Vendors and Bills.

Not sure about aging and 'company' reports (or, actually, reports in general)
Comment 3 Mike Evans 2011-10-12 08:22:18 UTC
Section 6 of the FAQ and the manual now contain business documentation. Is this bug still relevant?
Comment 4 Akhil Laddha 2011-11-24 06:01:44 UTC
Please feel free to reopen the bug if the problem still exists with a newer
version of GnuCash doc.
