mpeg2dec has properties pixel_width and pixel_height which range from
1..255.  Is this aspect ratio?  Please document the meaning of these
properties somewhere.

i see that xvideosink corrects for pixel_height & pixel_width and that
the have-size signal reports the scaled video dimensions.  In other
words, i'm an idiot.
