Is this really a bug thomas? I mean are there any real number of pure
ac3 files that are not part of vob files out there. And since the
quicktime plugin is broken (and even if it worked it can't really play
anything) I don't see why it is important that we support in the
gst-launch-ext

Ok, did some testing today. Was not able to create a working Quicktime
plugin. The quicktime plugins do compile with openquicktime 1.0
however, so I guess getting them to work would be possible if we found
any takers.

Ok, I have hated this bug from the begining, it is a moving target.
